Troubleshooting: Suggestions

If you have already installed Microsoft Windows Media Player and the feed is not displaying...

• Make sure that Windows Media Player can play "*.asx" files. Open Windows Media Player, select the Tools menu, click on Options, then click the tab named File Types and then click on Select All. Click OK.
• If another program opens up (REALONE, WINAMP...) have their file association with "*.asx" extensions removed. Go to Tools, then select Preference, and look for File Content. Deselect/remove any files/boxes highlighted or checked.
